Default ozark starting help

well since its getting cold my 2002 ozark wont start unless I take my air filter off and cover up the intake and just let small amounts of air in unitl its warm. after its warm it starts fine and this summer it started fine. Any ideas what it could be. I also rebuilt the carb and no luck.

Your fuel enricher lever must be at full pull when it's cold out......if that's not working then you will need to pull the carb again and find out why it's not letting extra fuel in.

Fuel **** is in the wrong position(ON/OFF/PRIME) or is bad.
