Default lt 80 runs great then stalls at high rpm

Just bought a lt80 for my son. It wouldn't start so I drained and cleaned out the gas tank. Took off and cleaned out the carb. Put everything back together and started right away. so I hopped on it and it ran pretty good until It got up to speed. approx 25-30 mph then it stalled, coasted a little and then took off running again, diid it a couple more times and sometimes it stalls all together, but it will always start back up and run. Sometimes it feels like it bogs a little and then takes off. These little things are new to me, I am used to the bigger grandads the LT500R's. any suggestions are appreciated Thanks Kevin

Default try this

sounds like you might have a hole in the float or you might have a loose ground wire some where i would try cleaning the main jet cause it allmost sound like your not getting enough fule to the bowl

I'll check on the loose connection. I took the carb apart and soaked it in carb cleaner. then cleaned it with some spray carb cleaner then blew compressed air through all of the jets as well. It feels like its not getting enough fuel.

Check with member LT80 over in the kids section. He knows more about these than just about anyone here.
