i just bought a je piston 13.5:1 comp. what fule should i run in my 450 with that piston

100 or higher,c12 work well

what do you guys think about the fi2000 fuel programer im running 100 octane but im also running lean is ther any way to get the fuel richer with out a programer

Isn't your 450 EFI? If so, it shouldn't be lean.
It could be a lack of octane issue.....

have you done any other modifications other than the piston? such as intake or exhauts?
