Default 99 kingquad lt300 parts

I blew out part of my right rear on my 99 kingquad. I am looking for a right rear axle assembly, the part # is 64710-39D00. Just wondering if anybody has a line on a used one or knows where I can pick one up. I got my local dealer to come down from 302 to $250, when I said I could get it online for $219. I was hoping to get out for a little less, but these things are not cheap. So if you have a website that might have one cheaper or know somebody parting one out let me know. I am in Michigan and hunting season is almost done, but dragging the kids on sleds season is just starting, infact, that is when I broke it. Yesterday I went to back out the 4wheeler and it felt like a brake was frozen, so what do I do? I put it in a lower gear and give it the gas. I heard a pretty loud bang, but just thought it was ice breaking free. Nope it was a u-joint. Right rear, the drive wheel when it is in 2 wheel drive. When I took it all apart yesterday, the brakes looked like they needed some cleaning but everythig else seemed to be good. Thanks for the help.

Pete

Ruined both ends of the axle. I had it in 4wheel drive and never really noticed that it lost power. I was pulling the kids around, I heard a few clunks, but thought it was ice in the brakes I have had problems there b4, I will try to post a pic tomorrow. The whole thing is wasted.

Loks like an easy fix, just a little pricey. The axle was flopping around destroying the seat for the u joint. The u joint was in 2 pieces.

If you are looking used, don't forget that 250/300 Arctic Cats are just rebadged Suzikis.
