did a quick web search, found a complete clutch from a 86 250 quadrunner, looked real clean and had all parts in it, yours looks pretty chewed and should be replaced. the eBay store is powersportsnation , listing number is 110573746603, 55 bucks, 15 to ship. They also had the clutch basket from a 91, complete with springs and clutch discs. Otherwise, you will probably have to look to a Suzuki dealer for parts. Unless Dennis Kirk or Parts Unlimited carry those parts.

Default Clutch question

Thanks!

So that centrifugal clutch will fit my model?
I see powerstation is selling a 97 clutch and a 86 clutch.

But the 86 should work?

It looks a lot like your set up, but I would call a Suzuki dealer and get part numbers to see if it will work. I dont think they changed the motors and drivetrains much from the mid 80s to the new models that came out late 90-early 2000., but you better be sure before buying it.
