Quad Runner 160 Gas filling oil case

Quad Runner 160 Gas filling oil case
I changed the oil in my quad runner, ran it for a bit thank check the the oil again it was all the way filled with oil/gas mixture? Never seen this before any help?

why can't you pull the carb apart and clean the float/needle seat and verify float operation? Or does the float have cracks in the float assembly and sinks? any suzuki house would have it..........in any big town....
