Default 2007 Eiger 400 4WD-temp light came on, now won't fire

Took my 4wheeler riding and the oil temp light came on so I turned off the 4 wheeler and it cranked up once, then I turned it off again. when I tried to crank it again, I had the choke on, and now it will turn over but won't fire. Gas was squirting out of the overflow pipe.

Sounds like your needle and seat is leaking by, if gas is coming out the overflow. Is your fuel selector set to "ON" and not "PRIME"? prime allows gas to flow even with the engine off, flooding your engine if the needle and seat are not tight. Did you pull the plug? is it dry or wet? dark or light tan?, with the wire attached, lay the plug on the engine case, you should see spark when you crank it over.If your plug is wet, you will need a fresh plug to test for spark. If the plug is wet, or your oil smells gassy, you have flooded it, and may need to pull your carb, clean it,possibly a bit of dirt is holding the needle and seat open. If that doesn't fix it, time for a complete carb rebuild with fresh gasket, and needle and seat assembly.
