Default jetting

Hi i new with all this jetting stuff,i just need some help i have a 85 lt250r with full fmf pipe and no lid on airbox now it loads up in the bottom end untill 4th gear i have a 240 main jet and dont know how big the pilte is i was thinking of lowering my needel down and see if that works. If eny one has an answer for my text me back thanx a bunch

It sounds like to me your jet is to big now. Try going a little smaller first. More fuel doesn't mean more power unless everything else is bigger.
I've seen this so many times, people think more fuel in means more power, you have to have balance "in and out"!
