87 suzuki 230e had not been started in years, trying to get it running again for my kid, we changed brake cylinders, pads, spark plug, rebuilt carb, etc, got engine running, but after warming up it would shut down, will not idle, but will run with choke on, now will not even start, it does not seem to have a strong spark, what component would only produce faint blue spark, we almost have to crank in the dark to see a spark, any suggestions, cdi, rectifier, compression starts at about 60psi, first crank then quickly increases to about 180psi, any suggestions would be helpful

also we had changed the oil and the last time we were able to start it and run it for a short while, we noticed the oil was black, we changed the oil again but have not been able to start it since, we removed plug for stator to view inside, is there suppose to be oil in there?
