Default 2004 Z400 Fuel Problem

I started to go for a ride on Saturday and got about 1/4 mile from the trail head and my quad died. I had ridden it several times the previous week with no problem. It would start back up but die again as I increased the throttle, as if it was starving for fuel. I pulled the fuel valve out and did not see anything there. With the valve in and the line removed, there was no flow (engine not running) in ON or RES, plenty of flow in PRI so that all seemed normal. However, it would not run in PRI, and will not stay running in ON or RES. Could the diaphragm have a hole in it or could the port be blocked coming out of the valve? Is the diaphragm located in the fuel valve and is there a way to test it? Is there a filter screen in the valve someplace? Fuel is also now leaking out of the valve below the stem now when it is in the ON or RES position and it has never done that before either. Planning to work on it this weekend and wanted to see if anyone could point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Jack
