87 lt230e same specks as lts230s?

Default 87 lt230e same specks as lts230s?

i have 87 lt230e and i found the vault website that has ALOT of great information on the lt230s. my question is are the specks on that bike the same as on my bike?

Not everything is the same but it depends on what you're looking for. I've never owned an "e" but there are probably some here that have had both and know better than I do...

depends on what specs you are looking for. all the electrical specs are way different between the E and the S models. compression and stroke are close to the same.

my best suggestion is go on eBay and buy a manual for it or go to an atv shop and order one.

ok thank you the things i was looking mostly for was the electrical stuff. i guess i need to get a owners manual

I would recommend getting a service manual, since it will be more valuable if you plan on keeping it a while and working on it your self.
