Default King Quad 750 questions

Hi Everybody,

Just wondering if somebody can shed some light on some issues for me.

1. This weekend while riding I nearly flipped the machine backwards trying to climb a ledge on the far side of a mud puddle. I ended up jumping off into the mud and catching the machine by the handlebars. I gave it a shove and it landed back on it's wheels. I then tried to re-start it but I was getting a Fuel injection alarm and it wouldn't start. What happened? Did my fuel pump suck in some air?

After a few tries the warning went away and the machine ran good as new... I am just looking to understand the situation clearly.

2. My front brakes sometimes seem to stop working but only after extreme climbing or tipping situations. I'll go to use them and the lever will go all the way to the bars... Then if I pump it a few times everything goes back to normal and stays that way for the remainder of the day. I can see that the brake fluid reservoir is full from the sight glass but I haven't taken the lid off yet. Is this normal for a King Quad 750?

i think they have it when the quads roll over they can run crapy if you dont let the fuel set la again witch you playing with the key turning it on and off proble caused it to finaly drain out and clear the injector. on my 850 i turn the key over 3 times and then the gas clears the injectors and makes it so the bike runs better. also on say a Honda they will just down when they roll and you have to let them sit for about 30 seconds before the quad will start again. so that proble just what happened.

the brakes on my 400 kingquad had the same problem there was the pice on the handle bars that said it was full but the little tank it had to hold brake fluid was empty that was in the bike and when i filed that it worked fine after pumping the brakes

Thanks for the reply

I'll check out the brake fluid level as soon as I get a chance to pick up some DOT4.
