2007 KQ 450 choke cable removal

2007 KQ 450 choke cable removal
I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to remove the choke cable, mine is stuck in the off position and will not budge. I loosen it off of the carb and the spring had a lot of crap on it but how do you remove it from the carb?
