RAW,
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JEFF TUDOR OF TUDOR'S PERFORMANCE IN CORONA CALI. OR YOU CAN ACCESS HIS SITE THROUGH OURS AT WWW.QUADZILLATHON.COM I HAVE HAD CT RACING AND LOCAL SHOPS BUILD ME MOTORS BUT NONE HAVE PULLED AS HARD AS JEFF'S HE CHARGES AROUND 225 JUST FOR PORTING. HE IS CURRENTLY BUILDING ME A ALCHOL BURNING TURBOED LT500 MOTOR. KEEP IN MIND IT TAKES HIM TIME THOUGH BECAUSE HE IS A PERFECTIONIST.

Eric Gorr's Forward motion racing did my porting
$120.00. Kind of mild porting and head work, I havn't broken the bottom end in yet so I don't know how fast it is. Look at his web site, do a search on (forward motion racing), and take a look.

As for Jeff Tudor, there's been some very unhappy people with him in Mr. Dune's e-mail forum. He has charged people for his service and never sent their parts back. They can never get a hold of him then. They finally did when the people bitched on the forum and he apparently checked it.
I had my porting done by Eric Gorr. Not too bad for the price but it was supposed to take 10 days and I got it back in 5 weeks. The only reason I got it back in even 5 weeks is because I had to bug the crap out of him because I needed the motor back for a trip. I ended up getting it back the night before the trip because he sent it next day air free of charge which I was pleased about after taking forever. I've read many other posts in the rec.motorcycle.dirt newgroup about the same problem.
So who's the best? Everyone has their own preference. I had RRP out of New Jersey do another Quadracer of mine that was very very fast and I got it back within a couple weeks which is what I was told upfront. I'm thinking about LRD for a big bore but I've been told by people who live by them to never expect anything back in a reasonable time frame.
