That's similar to what I did with mine. Except, I cut off the old bracket and just welded a new one above the frame.

Is that a z250 in the background? If so, your front 230 shocks will fit on it and lower it about an inch. In the rear, you can take the 230 spring and put it on the 250 shock.

Nice looking LT230. Do you have any closer pics of that chain tensioner setup?

Also what are you using for an airfilter set up without your airbox?

Chain tensioner :
On the chain tensioner I made some steel brackets and a skateboard wheel. I took my bench grinder and used the width of the grind wheel because its the same size as a 520 chain and cut down the middle even.

Case saver:

Air filter:
On the air filter I just ordered a 2 stage filter on Ebay that would fit the the carb and picked up an outerwear to go over it when I take her to the dunes. I haven't had one problem with it. Been running like that since I got it.

Yes I own a 07' LT250 and a 07' 350 raptor and a modded 08' TRX90.

Great thanks for the pics and info. I run through a lot of dust through the summer and a little bit of mud. I'll have to see what I can get for a filter that will handle that. I'd love to get a banshee shock on there instead of the original on my LT250s.
