my brother has got a king quad its either a 700 or 750 not sure anyway he has just put a new battery on it & it started of the electric start ,once running a friend done a charge test it was showing 13amp took it out for a run & checked again it was only 8 amp so loosing a charge so my question is why? do these things have a coil or a starter motor or anything that could be draing it...once bike had been left for a bit after a run it wont have enough charge for electric start have to pull it then starts first go...once started could this run with the battery disconected & connected when required...any ideas or any wiring diagams of the electrics available...
