I have just purchased a 750 KQ
I do a bit of crawling and a bit a running with race bikes, just wondering what would be the best upgrades to the bike
Looking for a little more speed and snap.
I see these vdi systems ppl are talking about,
Are they worth the money they cost? Would that be the first thing to do?

I'm pretty new to this.
So just wondering what the best rout is.
Also I am looking at getting duel rate springs for the rear. I take the woman half the time so.

If anyone has some hints or sujestionscfor me that would be great.
