OK got the new A-Arms and found a guy that builds custom steel brake lines for a good price close by. So now I have to crawl around the
quad measuring the lines, grinding the A-Arms and getting them powdered to match. Then find where my weak spark is coming from. I
think I might just have a new wiring harness made for it and try that too.

It has been in Dirt Wheels twice so far.

if it would turn over though. So clean the card and I might just tear it down and have it powder coated this winter. Needs a few bearing and ball joints here and there, but it is in
otherwise really good condition for its age.

Forgot all about this thread. Can't believe its been over 6 yrs since I got this quad. Still haven't ridden it though and it just sits on a shelf.
So many other projects going on in the house. Have a ATC110 that I am working on as well as restoring a ATC250R and ATC200s and KLT160.

The LT250s won't start. Seems the compression release is stuck open so I have to pull the engine and get back in there again to see if there is something
wrong with the release or if there is a valve stuck open. I did pick up some LT250R lower A Arms so maybe I can get them on there next summer when I
pull it down to work on the engine.

Valder,

I got my 250s some years ago. I remember reading your posts from way back. Due to some health issues the thing just sat. Feeling pretty good now, so got it fired up last weekend.

Did you ever figure out what the issue was with the quad? Also, who did you find to do your decals? I might be interested in talking to them.

Thanks.

Viking
