Hello I just purchase a 1985 suzuki 250 quadrunner and it has a bad oil leak at the bottom front of the jug when running I was wondering if it was a gasket and if the engine needs to come out to repair and where could I get a good service manual and some replacement plastic for thanks for the help in advance Keith

 

Sounds like the base gasket. Engine might have to come out, I'm not sure if there is enough room to disassemble inside the frame. Search google and you might find a service manual.

 

Thanks for the advise I thought I would have to take the engine out that is why I wanted the service manual I would also like to get some new plastic when I get it running again thanks for the help and I will keep looking for the manual

 

There are mauals floating around all over online, you just have to look for them.

 

Well I figured that I just wanted to know of a good one and the best place to get one I dont want to buy one and it does not have the stuff I need thanks for the reply

 

Why don't you try to fix it by yourself... i guess its the gasket.. just check it and try to fix it... You can collect some expert opinions how to over come this problem and i guess after you may able to fix the problem by your self...
Even am facing problem regarding my car Suzuki..
Fuel warning light stays on all the time with half a tank of petrol used to be erratic on and off but stays on now.
Temperature gauge goes to half way excatly after 3mins.
Rear wiper does not work.
Any idea whats wrong with this car??????
