2003 Suzuki Ozark carb issues
I have done some searches in the forum and have not yet found my answer. I am working on a 2003 Suzuki Ozark that has sat for a couple years. Cleaned the tank, soaked and rebuilt the carb with a new carb kit TWICE. When running the idle goes up and down and runs rough for a bit, I was able to get it out riding but it spits and pops under heavy throttle. I have read many threads about the vacuum operated petcock issues and I need some questions answered.
First off, when I received this quad there was an unused brass port on the "drivers" or right side of the carb, there was a free unused plastic line hanging free near the carb that appears to go to the right rear brake caliper? Could this possibly go the that carb? If not, what is that port supposed to hook to?
Second, what is the ideal setting for the "air fuel needle" found on the left side of the carb?
ANy help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
