It sounds like your on the right track. 2 strokes need to be revved (cleared out) periodically to prevent the plug from fouling. Otherwise oil will build up in the engine. If you are revving to clear it out... and assuming all other things are right (strong spark, correct plug, fresh pre-mix)... the air mixture screw is most likely the cuplrit.

If your just letting the thing run at idle without cleaning it out... then what your experiencing is normal... just an early stage at a fouled plug.

Alright...Final Verdict!!!

Took it out today for about 30mins, came back checked the plug, and got a nice mocha porcelain with a little bit of oil on the end of the plug threads. Just a little rich but since I am still breaking it in I will leave the 162.5 main jet in for now. Probably knock it down to 160 and call it perfect. Sure is nice to have my beast of a machine back. Thanks for the help guys!!!!!!!
