I got my top end kit in the mail today. Before I took the top end apart, I took the carb off and cleaned it like you said, put it back together hit the starter and it took off instantly. Runs great. I rode it around the block and my kids rode it as well. That compression tester must have lied. Now I have a topend kit on the shelf just in case. Thanks for the help!
