06 Z400 idle screw wont turn

The idle screw wont turn on my 2006 z400 so I can't adjust the idle except with the throttle cable. Help.

You have the same deal my 500 Sportsman has. Its a cable extender that rots out and breaks (#52 on image link) you have to just get a hold of the nut between the extender (#52) and washer(#51) directly by hand or needle nose pliers and turn that to adjust idle now.
Not a lot of hand room.
