Haven't got around to buying service manual for 02 lt80 and browsing thru previous posts turned up nothing. Wonderin what the proper torque is for head bolts on this little machine. Thx

Found 115 inch pounds (close to 10 ft pounds) in three different places online.May be right, may be wrong, but shows somewhat close to what the Polaris youth model 2 strokes torque down to on their 6mm cylinder studs.

Much appreciated for your responses. Didn't think it was much and sure didn't want to gorilla-fist those small bolts. Seems like there's a lot of places to get service manuals, any one better than rest? Thx

I got my manual on CD off ebay for like 10 bucks.
For some reason I prefered to pay for mine.
There are free ones available if you look hard enough.
