Default Ltz 400 oil pump priming

Hi. So I just rebuild my ltz 400 and I took the drain plug out and removed the clutch cover and it sat like that for a couple nights. So im assuming that the oil pump needs to be primed. Could anyone tell me how to do that? I know I'm sopose to clamp one of the hoses but im not completely sure on which one. Also iv read on other threads that there's a oil check bolt up on the head to see if theres oil getting to the cams? Which bolt is that and will oil actually come out of that hole if I remove it while its running? Thanks and info in appreciated!
