Default 1988 Suzuki lt300e no start

I purchased a running 88 lt 300e ,got it home and rode it approx 30 mins and it just died, would not restart found there was no spark. Here were is where my journey begins.

Ohmed out sensors and found my power coil was bad, most likely due to the three missing teeth from starter gear that came loose and ended up stuck to the magnets on flywheel. so here is the work that was performed
1.Installed new power coil
2.Installed new starter gear
3.Installed new coil
4.installed new spark plug

I now get good spark (verified with a spark tester) but no start ,or even a pop with starting fluid or with fuel added directly to cylinder via spark plug hole.

5. Verified fuel pump was supplying fuel to carb
6. Verified fuel would drain from bottom of carb( to verify needle float)
7.Removed carb and went thru it ,all passages cleaned out,
Installed new choke cable assy .
8.Performed compression test 150 psi cold
9.Adjusted valves
10.Verified flywheel at tdc , cam timing was in spec
11.Removed plug from exhaust to verify exhaust wasn't plugged.

Guys, I am at my wits end... I think I have covered all my bases but still can't get this engine to fire up .Any ideas? Something I overlooked ?

Got Fuel,Got spark,got compression

Damn finally got this all straightened out. The power/source coil works like a champ !! However I was chasing a ghost ,I mounted the pickup coil backwards on the engine case.Very easy to do , make sure when you mount the pick up coil that the raised tit is pointing towards the center of the engine. I mounted it so it was facing *** backwards( still pointing down to the flywheel but not aligning with the pick up magnet on flywheel. I chased this for over a week, still got a nice blue spark however it was a random spark
I hope this helps someone out in the future.

Btw if you have a bad source/power coil on stator I was able to purchase a replacement source/power coil from RMS stator on Amazon p/n RM00028, Suzuki does not offer individual stator parts.
