Default suzuki quad

i wonder if anyone can help... i have purchased a suzuki quad 250cc farm quad, but i nedd to order some parts. how can i find the model number and year?
the vin number is Aj45A 103867

any suggesstions pls

I'd try your local dealer, they can decode.

A Vin is 17 digits, so a lot of yours is missing. Suzuki put a sticker on bikes which includes year of manufacture, but the position of it varies from one model to another, and I don't know where they put it on the 250. Most parts don't vary that much from one year to another until there is a major re-design. Though you can get caught out, Eigers changed from straight to taper lock track rod ends circa 2004.

Default VIN Number decoder

Sit on the atv, and somewhere along the metal frame bar by your left foot should be a 17 digit VIN number/letters.
then go to this website, http://www.cyclepedia.com/motorcycle-vin-decoder/
Type the numbers/letters in, and it will tell you your make, model, year and place of manufacture.
