King quad problems.. Anyone ?

Thank you for clearing that up for me
It does it with the key turned off only way to stop it is by disconnecting battery

Another problem I have is the start button only works sometimes... But while the ATV is running if I press the start button I can hear the starter motor spin every time I press it then I shut off engine press start button it starts to turn then stoppes ? Is this a combo of bad silinoid and battery ?

Forgot to mention battery is usally between 12.4-12.9 vs never under 12
