I have a 2004 Suzuki Eiger that runs great! I'm working on the speedometer. The speedometer is not working correctly, do you have any troubleshooting tips?

If it has an led display then you have an electrical issue. If the speedo is a mechanical display (actual needle moving around) then you have a speedo cable to deal with. I am not an electrical wizard but have replaced a speedo cable on a few occasions. Let us know which type you have.

 

I have a mechanical speedometer with a cable that runs down to a mechanical drive gear. I'll attach a picture of it. Thanks Kymco 450i your help.
