85 Lt230s vm26ss carb help
I recently acquired a 1985 Suzuki lt230s. My problem with the carb for the 230s is it looks like I will need to replace it mainly because I can not get it apart to rebuild it. The guy I bought it from lived on the water and the salt in the air has seized it. Now here is my problem what do I replace it with. I can not find a vm26ss carb anywhere. Does anyone have a new part number or know what other carbs would work or have a good used one they want to part with. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You might look at some used or new carbs on ebay.suzuki lt230 carburetor | eBay Cheaper than the 250 bucks for a new one at Partzilla.

Check out DG performance, they still have an aftermarket carb kit for the 230.

other than that eBay is your best bet, unless you want to get a 28mm flat slide and mess with jetting. Check out the big LT230s help thread.
