2005 eiger Starter Will not turn/engage engine with No headlights, no ready lights but starts manually and no problems. Running great but Still no lights or indicator lights but runs fine. No signs of life electronically and came out of the blue with no previous indication of any type of problem.

 

The Eiger wiring is quite complex, but is basically AC CDI so you get the ignition power from the exciter coil in the alternator. I would have thought the main fuse had blown on the solenoid, but you would then get lights etc, direct from alternator, once running. The ignition switches go bad on Eigers but usually give some warning, ie, wiggle the key and all starts to work (for a while). May be worth checking if there is battery power to the switch, and power from it when switched on.
