Got a 93 250 quadrunner lt4wd it will fire up and ideal all day long but it you touch the throttle at all it shuts off, I just got it last week guy said he just put a new fuel pump on it ,is that where I should start ?

 

Probably got some dirt in the fuel line when he was doing it, which has now blocked a jet. First thing is to remove the carburettor float bowl and jets, and blow both the jets and the holes they came from out, with compressed air.
