9 times out of 10 the fault is the starter, why people don't check the system before buying new parts is beyond me. First charge the battery, in case it is just low. Then get a test lamp and connect one side to battery negative, t'other to lead that goes from solenoid to starter, switch on, press start button, if the lamp lights nice and bright, but starter doesn't turn, you have a faulty starter. Usually just brushes need changing, but it is a "metal puzzle" getting it out on an Eiger, you can do it with carb in place, just.
