Default Suzuki Unveils its 2024 Smaller Dispalcement Quads

For those of us around the industry in the 80s and 90s, the idea of 400cc being considered the small bore entries of the ATV line seems like madness, but alas. Here we are.
Suzuki confirms the 400cc King Quads and Z90 Youth model return for 2024:

No change there then, doesn't look like power steering is an option, seeing as the Honda 420s have had this since about 2012 it is way past time the 400 Suzukis got it. When Honda was producing the awful early 420, we sold a lot of 400 King Quads but the current model 420 manual is better than the King Quad. I would still try to persuade customers to go for an auto 400 King Quad in preference to the Honda 420 auto, but we haven't sold one since about 2019, only partly due to supply problems.

I bought one of these (but a 2023, not 2024) in camo a few weeks ago, and so far I like it. I think it's pathetic that this is basically the smallest displacement 4x4 quad that's currently made. I have kicked myself for years, for not buying a couple of the Timberwolf 4x4s when they were still being made. But I guess that is the problem; people didn't buy enough of the smaller ones when they were still available. The dealer I bought my 400 from said something similar about the manuals... A lot of people say they want a manual, but the sales aren't there, and the last time they'd had a manual KQ400, it sat on the floor a long time before it sold. I would have gone for the manual if they'd had one, though obviously it wasn't a mandatory thing for me.
