Hi all.
To start with. I'm not brilliant at fixing quads. But I'll try.
My son has a ltz250.
Going good always. And as I say it gets loads of let's say off road driving.
I'm hearing a squeak or screech off it on a cold start take off. Like coming from the back end of it. But when warm I don't hear it as bad. Or at all.
Any ideas would be very helpful. And thank ye.

I don't know that model at all but it is going to be either the rear brake binding or a rear wheel bearing. So examine both, rear brake pivot cams can seize, cables can stick and the footbrake pedal can seize. When they get to screeching, wheel bearings are usually quite bad, so check for play in them.
