98 KQ 300 was flooding out carb and wouldn't take throttle, so i cleaned carb, and So everything is good now that I bypassed the vaccum on the petcock and went strictly "prime" Except for now it's not getting enough to run past half throttle....up until half throttle it runs perfect, idles perfect, no more running rich or black smoke load up.....do I need to get a plain petcock that's not vaccum operated.....thanks in advance
I have a clear fuel filter installed, and it's not even filling it up

 

If you can get a remote tank to hang on handlebar to hook up to carb ride it an see how it does

 

So I'd need to raise the level right

 

No just need to see if it runs ok if does than its in the fuel delivery from tank if runs the same than its in the carb

 

Carb issue....runs the same with gravity feed fuel petcock

 

pull line off petcock check flow if petcock if has some blockage the delivery isnt enough an atv burns more fuel than carb receiving just trying to make sure before you go back into carb thats, all

 

Will doAlso, when my meter on my battery running at idle it's around 13.6 volts....when I rev it up, it drops to aroud 13.2/13.3

 

may turn headlight on see if runs worse

Here a photo of the fuel pump up under the left front fender mounted on left corner of frame this is why I wanted you to check the fuel delivery with remote tank if pump isnt pumping enough fuel to petcock the carb bowl isnt full enough causing the engine to use more fuel than then the bowl has causing it to stumble or die and If you bypass the pump atv could die on hills because tank and carb is at the same level
