Well, I noticed I had the all too common coolant running out the weep hole on my 88 LT250R so I went and got a new mechanical seal. Put the new seal in and put it all together and filled the radiator. When I went in the garage the next morning sure enough there was antifreeze on the floor! So, the seals are new, and the case is not cracked or anything, so does anyone have any ideas on why this thing is still leaking?

If is leaking while it is not running, it probably just a loose clamp, or overfmow leaking down a hose onto the frame and then on the floor. The Suzuki manual says you are suppossed to put 2 ounces of powdered radiator sealer in the radiator every time you change or flush the coolant, but that only helps pumps that wheep when running.

Your problem is the seal under the bolt head that holds your impeller on. They are aboutg 4 dollars at the suzuki shop. Change it and your problems should be solved.

Thanks, that seal very well could be it. I've changed everything but that. I also tried the powedered water pump sealant but to no avail. I'll go out to get that washer/seal. Just hope the dealer has one. Thanks guys.
