LTA500F Brake Noise

I hate to let you guys in on this but the dealer didn't tighten them too much. He didn't tighten them at all. There are no adjustment on the front brakes on these wheelers. Only Hondas with the crappy DRUM front brakes are adjustable. The disc brakes on our machines are just like a car. The caliper has a rubber seal for the piston which grips the piston tightly and when the brake lever is released the seal pulls the piston away from the disc. At least that is the way they are supposed to work. Since we love to ride them through tons of mud and muck they are much more prone to getting mud and rocks and sticks caught in them. But, I believe they do have some defect in the system because cars ride in water (rain) and they don't squeak like that. So, until Suzuki admits their front brakes make too much noise then we are stuck with it. Unless you would like to unhook them and go without them.......not me!
