I have a Question about my LT. well first of all it is all stock. well when i got it in April it would start in about 2 Kicks now all of a sudden it dont work it has a spark,Gas any Suggestions what is wrong with it? And once in a while it starts!

Well first of all does your quad backfire at all, if it does then theres a real good chance your timing is off. I just had the same problem and what i found out is that my woodruff key for my flywheel was sheered. If it doesnt back fire but its just hard starting it could be your jetting on your carb. Also you might want to do a compression test. Well goodluck, let me know.

 

When you're lucky enought to get it started how does it run?

Check for a cracked boot between the carb and the cylinder. If you have that problem it will throw off your fuel/air mixture.

 

Man thats such general information its hard to tell.Depending on when it starts it could be an atmmospheric condition and you may be lean on your pilot jet.Drop me an email and I'll walk you through some trouble shooting.

 

i am 02Raptor. Well i talk to a Dealer today and he said to clean the carb but we did that 2 months ago. after it was clean it would start in one kick after a couple of weeks after that it would start once in a while. when it runs it sounds good and runs perfect. Also the dealer said we need to check the comparison on it.
