i called the guy tonite, i just might barely be able to afford this quad. he says it is origanally an 89 but he blew it up. instead of fixing the motor he just baught an all new rebuilt one from east coast ATV that is a 92. he is including both engines. the bike is all stock except for new tires, chain, plastic, carb, and nerfs. i have been looking at another one too though. it is less money and has more mods but not quite as nice.

Man, I can't believe the amount of bickering on this and all I wanted was your opinions on a new EX or wait for the suzuki. Anyway, now to **** you all off, I am either gonna get the new Cannondale Moto440 or an 88-90 Zilla. Now Manilow, since I know you rode the new 440 what did you think about it? When I nail the throttle on mine on pavement it will flip right back on the wheelie bar. Maybe mine is a fast one.

Or maybe Manilow just doesn't know how to ride.

or maybe the 400 was busted. the guy is asking 3500 for it but he says he will go to to 3 for me. i'm not completely sure that insurance is gonna cover it but i hope they will. they should be calling us any day now to confirm if they are or not.

gary, it sounds like the quad you rode wasnt rejetted for the biggun. my bone stock 400ex will pull a wheelie with no body english in 1st gear with me right where the seat stops to decline (that is pretty neutral) i can pump the throttle and the front end will bounce off the ground (like a lowrider with some hydrolic suspention.

I still believe Gary doesn't know how to ride. I am sorry, I am not bagging you it's just that from my experiences a 250 can pull a wheelie on dirt so if you had commom sense you would know a 400 could do it.

Hey Ride Red, I didn't know the guy, so I can't vouch for his bike, maybe he didn't rejet for the Big Gun, or maybe I'm just lying to a bunch of people I don't know, or maybe I just don't know how to ride, cuz we all know how much riding talent it takes to pick the front end up with no body english.I notice your from Eau Claire you ever ride Dyracuse?LT, I haven't ridden any Cannondale Quads or Bikes and don't know anyone who would spend that much money for one of those machines.

<or maybe I'm just lying to a bunch of people I don't know> apparently. Even if the quad wasn't jetted right I think it could at least pull the front wheels and inch off the ground.
