i was lookin in my dad's boss's "junkyard" and i found an old suzuki. Its blue and white, has nerfs, and some other lil mods. My dads boss has the original engine in his basement and put a 250x engine in the quad but the sprockets dont line up so he doesnt use it. I can get the quad for free and my neighbor said he'll sandblast it ad paint it up for me. He also works at motors inc. industries and he will bore the engine also for me but i still dont know exactly what it is, lt 230 or lt250r. please send some pics to help me out.

i don't have any pics but i think it is a quadSPORT 250.

 

im not too big on suzuki cuz i have the honda and all but dont get me wrong suzuki has some nice quads and i would appricate some statistics on the lt 250. like speed,handling, weight, hp, carbsize, bore, and i would love to see some pics of stock and tricked out suzukis.

Mate if your getting it for free, then grab it, make any freakin mods you want to get it working and have a blast with it! gees if i wer getting it id 'shoe-horn' a 500 or bigger engine into it and see how it likes that! haha make a little SCARY flat track special. If its for free have some fun with it!!!

 

im probably going to pick it up right after vacation. Im thinkin of boring, port n' polish it up and slap a high compression piston in it. And just think ill get everything done for free except buying the piston and rings. But thanks for your advice and try to keep it rollin in. I need as much as possible.
