woo hoo. they finally called. they have it valued at 2500 bucks with a 100 dollar dedcutable. they said my dad has thing thing in his policy where they will replace it...so they told me i can go to a dealer and pick out a whole new one...i don't really quite know the deal on that my dad says they'll payt for like 5000 dollars or something...i don't want a new quad though all the ones that i'd consider buying new (400EX, raptor, cannondale) are all more expensive and besides i want a 2 stroke and not a blaster either...and not a banshee. so i'm gonna see if i can find a dealer around here that has a 250R or somethin on the showroom floor that i can pick up. i'm not sure if i can just take the 2400 though...i'd get that quadracer with that money...oh well. if i have to i'll just pick out the best quad i can for the money and then sell it and use that money.

Check out www.eastcoastatv.com , they have some used 250R's that are basically new. These quads are bad to the bone, aftermarket everything! I seen one really sweet R that was a pure race quad but they wanted like $6,995 or something like that for it. If you told them what you wanted and how much you wanted to spend I'm sure they could build you one, probably evan a quadracer. Check with them.

Damn it's good to see that you 'll be able to get you another one. Don't get low-balled by the insurance company. It's good news that they will pay for something, though.

Glad to hear that you can get yourself another quad dude, go for another quadracer if you can find a good deal or a good deal on a 250R, the Cannondale MX440 would kick ***! LOL

GOOD LUCK JUGGALO

hi well from being in this insurance predicament before, i cant see them getting you the mx440 (sorry) but a used 250R obviously isnt out of the question. look around ie: the web, newspapers, etc. i bet they would pay the 3500 bux that i saw a 88 R going for in last weekends paper.
BEST OF LUCK!!!!!!!!!

When you insure a quad they always ask for a replacement value. and that is what you could get. also they look at blue book and black book value of the quad. good luck

yeah i was kinda exagerating when i said the cannon. i know they won't immie that, thats like if my yugo got stolen and they baught me a ferriari...or somethin like that lol. anyways i'm most likeley gonna get an R. oh and hylton i don't want a banshee because all my riding is done on trails and on the race track. 2 places where the banshee isn't exactly the best quad to be on (no offense to you banshee owners out there).

Van horn Tires in Shelburn Indiana had an R onsale out side their shop last week. I don't have a clue what the phone number is, but directory assistance could help out. Shelburn is located about 20 miles south of Terre Haute Indiana. You might give them a call and see what they want for it.
