Picked up an 84 lt 125 with surprisingly few miles on it (1100), but its been sitting for several years. I thought I had spark but I think the spark plug cap isnt fitting tightly because the spark seems intermittent. What plug goes in this bike? Shouldnt the cap snap onto the plug?

Newzboy,
I have a 84 LT125. Give me a few days, because of work and my ATV is in my shop, but I will get you the plug that came out of mine. It is hard to get answers about this model as I have had a couple of posts on here for two weeks w/o an answer. If you know anything about this model let me know because I am putting a LT185 motor into my 125 frame. I have questions that no one else has volunteered answers for.

Thanks folks ...The plug problem is no more.... The problem is that the INSIDE of the cap had been removed and the cap was bouncing around on top of the plug. There is a little pin that holds the insert in, that was what was missing.... Now, on to the carb problem....
