Hi everbody. I have a 1986 LT-50 that keeps on dying. It usually starts fine but after a few minutes it just dies, as it's dying it acts like it is running out of fuel. I have cleaned the carb and checked the float level and also made sure I have good fuel flow. Once it has died it can be a pain to get it restarted but it usually does. Any ideas?

It sounds like your motor has seized up. Have you checked to make sure the oil injection is working? I had a LT80 do the same thing it would run till it got hot then it would quit and it was really hard to get it to restart untill it cooled down then it would run again for a few minutes. The only other thing I can think of would be the coil sometimes will act this way when they go bad . hope this helps
