My bro has one-45 tops
If you want to be able to stand it up in 4th do this
find an ole 230 quadsport muffler system. Grind down the part that goes into the head so the header will fit the 160's. Cut back the frame spacer so the silencer doesn't hit the plastic. I did that and stuck a 2 size bigger main jet in it and I could ride wheelies in 4th. It flat out flies. It will outrun 200sx's bayous and some other quads. it really wakes the quad up.

Old forum I know, but just wondering, when you say you had to grind down the part that goes in the head, you mean at the end of it to make it shorter or at the sides of it to make that part thinner?
