I have gone through 2 sets of bearings this year on my 250, so I just installed the pivot works kit 2 weeks ago. Its a complete kit, I will tell you how well it holds up in a few weeks. The guy at the parts couter said that you have to replace all the components in the swingarm pivot everytime, I have only replaced the bearings themselves in the past, maybe thats why I have been destroying the bearings.

I have pivot works bearing kits in my lt250 and my 500. The ones in the 500 are new so i cant sayhow long they last in that but the set i put in my lt250 is a year old now and there is still no slop or wear in any way. They seem to be good quality products. if they lasted a year(and still going strong) in the 250 the 500 ones shold last as long.

i bought the pivot works pivot kit for my 250 and was disappointed that it did not come with new dust caps and the inside bushings. i had to order them from suzuki.
my brother is rebuilding the linkage on his '90, they claim that they make a linkage kit for it, so he ordered one... hopefully it'll be in by the end of the week... guess we'll see if it's complete or not. price was about $75.
they also said there is a shock bushing/bearing kit for about $30-35, but he skipped it since his are in OK shape.

I just recieved some Pivot Works swingarm bearing for my 91' lt250r. It said at dennis kirk that they will fit 85-92 lt250r's. Is this true?

when i bought my last set of pivot bearings from pivot works, the set was incomplete.
my brother's sets just came in, he ordered the both the pivot and linkage kits for his '90 lt, and i'm glad to see that pivot works now includes all the parts in both kits!... mainly i'm glad to see they're not ripping people off when they say it's a complete set now.
the package says that the pivot kit will work on all '85-92 LT250r and '87-90 LT500r. the linkages are different)
