i have a 1999 quadrunner 250 and when i ride it hard through the mud or down the road and
let it sit for about 10 minutes it does not want to start right up it takes 3 or four tries to get it started also i looked underneath it and followed the fuel line looks like it goes to a fuel pump of some kind and then to the carb but the pump is in the front and the carb is in the middle is that why it takes so long to start is the part i am looking at a fuel pump of some kind.

Same thing here ! I think it's a heat problem once mine cools four a 1/2 hour it will take right of again. Looked into fan kit for it but got sticker shock,300 to 350.
