I got a great deal on a 41.5 carb from LRD. Is this too big for a stock Zilla with pipe, reeds and filter? Oh yeah, does anyone know of an aftermarket company that makes a air box for a Zilla? I priced a new one from Suzuki and well, $276.00. So im looking for a lower cost alternative.

You might lose low end power w/ the carb, but should gain a little top-end, and you'll probably burn more fuel....and depending where you ride, just clamp a filter directly to your carb w/ an outerwear..

Are you familiar with the jetting of this carb, I also got a $hitload of extra jets when I bought it and was wondering where would be a good jet size to start tuning with.
