Does anyone know if the carrier bearing set up is the same in a LT250R as a LT500??
I need to know if the bolt pattern is the same for the chain adjustments??

I'm not quite sure why you are asking this question but I have both bikes and the designs are the same but I'm pretty sure the sizes of the carriers are very different. If you want me to measure them both in some way I could help.

I am trying to buy a rear bumper, The guy that has it said it was for a Quadzilla and did not know if the bolt patter was the same for the lt250r. I need to know if the top 4 bolts that run down threw the carrier are the same pattern. Thanks for your reply!

I've never seen one of these on a bike but i think I saw one on Ebay.

The 500 swingarm is about a 1/2 inch wider than the 250. The bolts that go through the swingard to hold the carrier in place are also 1/2 wider than the 250. Front to back, both bikes measure a distance of 3 1/2 inches between the fron two bolts and rear bolts.

It might fit if the mounting brackets could be widened. It looked like the bolts were the same diameter as my 250.
