i had mine done locally where my dad lives. i really dont know what it cost cuz it was about 5 years ago i had it done, and i just paid my dad, and he had a bunch of stuff done.

 

so have a ? I have and 87 lt500 was riding to day was leaking out weep hole then later that day could smell antifreeze then bike started running like **** so shut off then checked oil in chase and was all white still has a lot of comp so any help would be great

 

Leaking out of the weep hole means the water pump seal is leaking, the weep hole is supposed to keep the water from going back into the case, but doesn't always work.

Running like crap after the coolant leaks out is usually a sign the cylinder/piston has been too hot and is now scored. New water pump parts and a piston/rings/bore job will fix it right up.
